Query on Cooling off period for Tier2 ICT - Short Term CoS

Hi Team,
My Tier 2 ICT Short term UK WP has been expired on March 20th 2014. I never visited UK using that Visa. Now I have got a project requirement and for which i need to travel to UK next month. So in this scenario can i apply for Tier 2 ICT short term UK WP immediately, since I have not utilised my previous WP ?
Otherwise should i need to wait for any cooling off period ?

Once you didn't use the visa to enter the uk, cooling off period doesn't apply to you, hence you are free to apply for any tier 2 visa.
