ILR (SET O) AND SPOUSE VISA (FLR M)

Post by ILR-flrm » Tue Apr 08, 2014 10:17 pm

Dear Members,

My husband will be applying for ILR in Jan 2015. I came to UK in march 2013 as his dependant on TIER 1 General. As per the rules I am not eligible to apply for settlement with my husband but can apply for spouse visa. My query is: can we apply for both at the same time as my husband is planning to take Premium service. I am not getting an answer anywhere. Please help me out.

You should be looking to extend as a PBS dep as to not reset your settlement time period.
