Hello Senior Member and friends in the this lovely forum,
Just wondering, Does PBS dependant have to apply for FLR (M) even he or she has current valid PBS dependant visa?
Also if the main applicant's visa changed, say from Tier 2 which the PBS dependant is tied with, changed to settled, does the change of main applicant's visa make her or his dependant's visa invalid?
My understand is if the main applicant changed the visa to settle, the PBS dependant's visa become invalid as the main applicant visa is not longer who he or she used to depending on. and has to apply FLR, however, if the dependant was traveling out side of uk when main applicant was granted settlement, will PBS dependant be able to enter the UK and apply the FLR (M)?
Very complicated, I looked a few threads, seems 5 years ILR's dependant can extending their PBS dependant visa but 10 years Long residence ILR's dependant has to apply FLR (M).......even the PBS choose not to immediately apply FLR (M)?
any thought ? Much obliged!!!!
