UK born child Tier-2 ICT visa application from India

Dear Friends,

I am in UK on Tier-2 ICT (long term staff) and I had a son born in UK in Jan 14. We have to travel to India soon and would like to apply his dependent visa application in India. At the moment I have his Indian passport.

1) Can my son travel to India just with Indian passport and no visa, any issues at Heathrow or Indian immigration?

2) I can apply his visa from India rather than UK?

3) Any documents needed except from?

Online appln form
His Passport
Photos
His UK birth certificate
Our passport+BRP
3/6 months bank statement
Salary slips?
Council Tax/ Electricity bill as a residential proof in UK?
Marriage certificate.
