Dear amber
I have received my LR in nov before that I was on tier 1 general since starting of 2011 my wife was also with me since 2008 on dependent visa recently I have managed to get her visa changed from tier1 general dependent to flrm before 6th of April. Can she apply straight away set m or flro or she has to wait for 2 years if she apply now will they combined her previous leave as she was PBS dependent since 2011.

She may apply for SET(M) by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d). B1 English and LIUK required.
