Tier 2 ICT Short Term Query

Hi,

I have got Tier2 ICT Short Term Visa for 5 months(Dec13-May 14) as my COS was only for 5 months.I may come back for some different assignment ,so just wanted to enquire about the options available.I have following queries,pls help me on the same:
1.As I will be going back in MAY 14.Is cooling off period of one year applicable for me(As I was in UK only for 5 months) ?
2.could you please let me know the options available to come back to UK on ICT.

1. Are you in home country now? If yes, has the company advised the HO that your employment in the UK ceased? If you are still in the UK your visa can be extended to up to 12 months total stay.

2. You can apply for entry clearance and return to the UK as T2 ICT Long Term Staff without cooling-off (new CoS needed and note salary requirements)

1.I am in my Home Country and regarding the HO ,i am unaware of this term.could you please elaborate for me?

you need to ask your employer if they reported your departure to the HO
