PEO Appointment for Tier 2 employer switching

I was trying to book a PEO appointment for Tier 2 (Main applicant) application from last 10 days. Once logged in I was unable to see Tier 2 (Main applicant) under the drop down of "Which application form are you using to make your application?*". Is any of the members facing same issue? Something wrong with the system? or you require a special log-in to book a Tier 2 PEO appointment?
Any help in this regard is highly appreciated.

I think they are doing some maitenance work. It might not be available until end of April 2014.
