I need help please can some one help me
My wife spouse visa is about to expire so
Will be applying for extension (5 year route)
My question is we have a child together he was born
In uk will I need to include him in application form
As dependant and does that mean I have to earn £22,400

Given that you have ILR, your child is entitled to register as British, now, on form MN1 by virtue of section 1(3) BNA 1981. In such case the child would be excluded for the purpose of the Financial Requirement.
