UK newly born baby

Dear friends,

I am about to change my status from psw to tier 1 Entrepreneur and I have just gave birth to twins recently, do I need maintenance fund for my kids and what application form do I need to fill bcos I saw in the website of UKBA that child born while in UK should us FLR(O) form , I send an email to UKBA asking if the information on the website is correct, they have not responded to my email, I found out that d next time I visited the website the form has been change to tier 1 dependant application form.

Can someone help out in dis issues pls. Thank u
