Earning period.

Post by Trickytok » Mon Apr 28, 2014 10:50 am

My visa expires 19 Sep 2014.
I an considering my income from 1/7/2013 to 1/6/2014 and will be applying 1st week of September.
Will I be alright as 1/7/2013 falls 3 months within 19/9/2014?
Many thanks.

I read in the SET(O) guidance as below,
Payslip: This must be the most recent payslip. It must be dated no earlier than one calendar month before the date of the application.

However, please check with appropriate UKVI person.

you can submit 12 consecutive months of the last 15 months, it doesn't matter to be until last month but should be continuous. For your case you can start min from Jun-jul.
