ILR Arrest but no convictions-Urgent

Very Urgent please advice me

I have booked my ILR Appointment for next month May 2014

I have got minor argument with my wife couple of weeks back she called the police they have arrested me and kept in police station for common assault

Afterward few hours she called police and dropped the charges police have release me without any conviction, caution and

warnings .I have confirmed with Police there is no criminal record in their system as I am not being convicted or any penalty paid

Do you think this will affect my ILR application ? Or What else I can do?

Do I need to mention this in the form or covering letter?
