Change from Tier 2 ICT to Tier 2 Dependent

Hi,
Both myself and my wife are applying for Tier 2 ICT short term (1 year) visa, which we hope to get stamped by 1.5 months from now. After the stamping however, if there isn't any job opportunity from my sponsor, my wife wishes to shift to Tier 2 dependent (of mine), so that she can accompany me.
Can anyone let me know the process by which Tier 2 ICT can be changed to Tier 2 ICT dependent?
