Tier 1 Gen dependant out of country Appl query

Hi Guys,

My brother is applying for his wife and kids to join him in UK as dependant.His wife has previously got entry clearance and remain to leave as dependant and stayed in Uk for couple of years and has given BIRTH to 2 kids in UK.
There is a section in the online Form where it questions has the applicant has received any medical treatment from Uk in last 10 years if so they need the details of treatment when it started and ended and where did happen in uk???

As she has given Birth to her 2 Kids in Uk does that comes under medical treatment or does she say no to that answer??/
