Tier 2 ICT Dependent to Tier 2 ICT Long Term

Hello,

I am posting this topic hoping that someone can help me with some guidance. I am explaining the situation below -

- My wife is on a Tier 2 ICT Long Term Staff Partner / Dependent and working in the UK
- I am the primary applicant and my Tier 2 ICT Long term will expire shortly
- She is not serving any tier 2 cooling off period

Question - Can she apply for a Tier 2 ICT Long Term work permit once we go back to our home country without having to serve any cooling off period ?
