Can anybody please tell me, is everything - including 'relationship evidence' - supposed to be returned following a fiance visa application? My fiance gave VFS Global a lot of 'relationship evidence' as part of our fiance visa application (which was successful), and was charged double the normal courier fee for it's return - altogether there about 700 pages of evidence she sent. The material included things like photos, etc which we expected and wanted to be returned, however none of the relationship evidence was returned, and we have found the contact emails listed for VFS Kuala Lumpur just return 'delivery failure' notices, whilst the listed phone number rings off without answer, so it has not been possible to contact them regarding the extra fee they took.
