Reschedule premium appointment

Hi
I have been granted ILR in April last week and I could not take an appointment for my kids and husband at that time due to chicken pox.Now I have booked an appointment for 15th May but my son is having SAT on 15th!!!
If I reschedule it says I need to pay,does that mean I need to again pay 4793?
will I loose my 300 pounds booking fee as well.
Can I go inside PEO with them?
If I call UKBA will they consider?
