Old WP Guidance needed urgently for JR

Can anyone supply the old WP documents ussued by HO as evidence against the 4-5 retrospective change?

What is needed is any information pertaining to the work permit holder and/or document stating that such holder would be able to
apply for ILR after four years. Booklets? Advice from immigration facilitators? Procurement agencies? Government statements?
