Level 8 Diploma and MPhil

I have a question about level 8 diploma and MPhil.
Are level 8 diplomas exempt from 5 years CAP
similarly are M.Phil exempt from 5 year CAP

no, only doctorate qualifications listed in annex 6 of the policy guidance
