General visitor visa - Income

I'm applying for General visitor visa for my mother.

In the online form, the following question is present:

Do you have savings, properties or other income, for example from stocks and shares?
Yes/No

My mother has some properties in her name but there is no income from it. If I select "Yes" for the above question, then it asks us to enter the monthly income in rupees.

Should I be selecting "No" for this question?
