FLR(M)-Accountant-member UK recognized Supervisory Body?

Hello

My husband applied for ILR. And i am planning to apply as a dependent of him. He is a self employed. So he requires a certificate of confirmation by a accountant who is a member of a UK Recognized Supervisory Body .

can any one tell me the name of UK Recognized Supervisory Body . I have found some accountancy firms among those one is a member of Institute of Certified Practising Accountants (ICPA) and another one is member of Institute of Financial Accountants (IFA)

Is that ok
