Dependent application supporting documents dates

Hi,
I am going to apply for my dependent soon from out side uk and now preparing documents. Could you please tell me requirment of documents to be dated within last 28 days of application applies only on maintance funds statement or all supporting documents need to be dated within last 28 days? for example NOC letter from landlord

The very first thing Letter from Landlord is not a mandatory document so do not worry about date.it is just an additional supporting document so dates only matters for maintenance statement which should be of last 90 days and must be dated within one month.
