Biometrics Residence Permit/UK Clearance Urgent Help Please

Hi All,

This may seem like a silly question however I am currently filling out my IRL application for leave to remain through Ancestry. I am struggling with section 10 where they are asking for my BRP details. When I originally applied for my Ancestry visa 5 years ago all I received was a UK Clearance sticker in my passport, is this my Biometrics Residence permit and do I use this info to fill out the section? When I originally applied for my visa they took my Biometrics.

Or do I tick No I have not been issued with one?
