ILR - My Checklist?

I have been in the UK 2002 and studied architecture and in the last 10 years I have not been out of the country for more than 540 days.

Could someone summarise what I need to do to put in my ILR application please?

Am I also correct in assuming that after having the ILR for 1 year I can apply for citizenship?
