Tier 2- Dependent visa switch to General

Hello All,

I have a Tier2 ICT-long term visa (issued in 2014) and my wife has a dependent visa.

I wanted to know if she can switch from dependent to General Visa (assuming she has a job offer and a company is willing to sponsor the general visa). Is this switch allowed from Dependent to general visa as per UK visa laws?

it is allowed but she would have to apply from home country with a restricted CoS
