UK Visa rules changes_suggestion Required_URGENT...

Hi all,
I am planning to apply dependent visa in july, but came to know there are some rule changes going to take place from july. Does anybody have any idea about those changes?? Are they major (regarding evidences ) except fee??

Please help me out, so that I can make a quick decision whether to apply in june itself or in july .
