URGENT - supporting letter from the bank

Hi,

I'm due to apply for my visa in three days time but have been unable to get my bank to send a bank statement to the correct address for the last two weeks (they keep getting it wrong every time even though I confirm my correct address with them). I know that you're allowed to provide online statements IF you also include a supporting letter from the bank. My question is - does this letter also need to be sent in the post or could I also print this off online? It does include the official bank logo etc. so that's not a problem, but will this be accepted by the UKBA?

Since its Banks fault the other option you have is to print 3 months online bank statements and get them stamped by your bank.
Usually they don't stamp now a days but you could force them to do since its their fault for sending to wrong address.

Hi,
Thanks so much for your response but unfortunately my bank is online only - they don't have a branch I can attend hence the need for a letter instead. Just trying to speed up the process as I've been waiting for 2 1/2 weeks for a statement and it still hasn't arrived. I'm now desperate to get something that ukba will accept so my visa won't be delayed any further.
