Hey aby,

It depends on your business activity, you must decide which is the trading body. What is your soc code and line of business?

Hi Khan,

I wrote the business plan by my own. I would recommend that try to wirte it urself as in future god forbids if HO calls you for an interview then you will be in a position to answer, You can take proffessional services but make sure you understand each and every point they mentioned in the business plan.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

@Aby: you have 50k in your personal account which is fine, but what is the source of that 50k from where did you get that from, is that your own money or savings, you will have to prove them about the source of 50k.

@Aby: you must get a letter from your father stating that he is giving you 50k bla bla bla and you don't have to return that money back to him.

Also you have to provide your father bank statement from where he transferred the money into your account and a passport copy of your fathers to show the relationship.

Hope it helps

@bubbly : I think its only if the money is third party's account you have to provide the letter n all but if its in your account it doesnt need anything else except your bank statement.
So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief.

@Aby: you know that money is came from your account but HO office doesn't know where it came from.
Also if you go through policy guidance it's clearly mentioned that you have to provide source of funds.
You could go through the general ground of refusal points in HO website.

This is according to my knowledge, but if your confident enough go ahead.
