Guys,

Need some info please.

If a settled person on ILR has reported breakdown of marriage to the Home Office, will he be called during any tribunal hearings/ judicial review etc for his ex-spouse's appeal hearings on a visa refusal to present his side of the story or in support of home office arguments ?
