Parents visit visa from India

Hello friends,

I am looking to sponsor my parents for UK visit visa. Please help me find answers for below query.

1. My mother is from India and her name on the passport does not have last name, it is only first name in the format(given name = AAAAA BBBBB). Will there be an issue when I apply??
2. How much should be balance in my bank account for 3 months?? Only my father and mother will be coming. I have my wife and 2 kids here who are below 5.
3. Can anyone help me find a template for invitiation and sponsor letter for family visit visa??

4. I am looking to sponsor my parents from india for Uk visit. I will be taking care of their travel and living. My father age is 75 and mother is 67, do they need to show bank balance from their end?? My father is retired and is getting pension and does not have property to show as it is in village and don't have document
