Hi all
my friend got visa of 4 years ending in 2015.
He studied in Holborn College for 2 years then he got deferral till feb 2012.
but due to some circumstances he had to stay for further 2 years. now he want to come back. his visa is still valid. can he come back on same visa by getting a letter from college.

How do you know visa is still valid? If he is out of UK there is a every possibility that the visa is curtailed. Contact Holborn College first to get clarification whether the visa is still valid.

Most probably he has to re-apply tier 4 visa again with new cas letter and other necessary documents because the mere display of the visa expiry date likely be became invalid.

if college has not requested ukba to curtail visa then can he come on the same visa by giving reason of long stay.
