******Urgent Tier 2 Visa Advise******

Greetings. I have some questions regarding switching to Tier 2 General, would very appreciate if anyone can advise me. I am on tier 4 Dependent visa until 2014. I am working as System Administrator. My company has partnership with multinational company (25% share) Now I am looking for apply a VISA under tier 2. I am looking for an advice. What is requirement for Tier 2 Visa. I have some question below.

1. I do not have any UK Qualification.
2. What is minimum salary require if I am applying visa as System Administrator?
3. Do I need do clear any English exam ( I already have IELTS which I passed in 2006 I am in English speaking nation more than 6 years)
4. Do I need to submit sponsorship letter from both companies?
5. My Current contract is 37.5 Hours per week. Or its need to be 40 Hours per week.
