returning to UK whilst EU partner out of UK on holiday

Hello,

I have an EEA2 partner visa with my German national unmarried spouse, who is a UK resident.
She will travel to Germany for two weeks. While she is gone I will travel to the US for 3 days, returning before she returns.
Will I be OK to reenter the UK using the EEA2 visa, when she is temporarily out of the UK on a brief holiday at the time?
Do I need anything other than my EEA2 visa to enable this?

No problem on your re entry in the uk.
For save side just keep your and your partners utility bill or bank statements along with payslips etc with you.
