applying visit visa with in 1 year ban to UK

Dear Sir/Madam,

My partner had a student visa and when he tryed to extend , home office gave the right of appeal. his consultant did not forward his documents on time and my partner reported to Capita team and be in contacted with UK immigration team. Immiargration bring him for few days to detention center and issued him a letter for one year ban and the officer told him if his partner sponcer him after marriage he could be able to come with in one year.
my question is, As I am a perminant resident in UK and I like to invite my partner on visit and I want to marry him the very next day in UK , Do you think is there any possibility for him to come back on visit with in one year ban?

No. Not for a visitor visa. However, a Fiancé(e) visa may be possible.
