Dear All

my friend is switching from PSW to Tier 1 Entrepreneur.
He has master degree in Aircraft Engineering.
He wants to open up a agency who will provide Engineering personnel to aircraft industry
will this job will be at least level 4 as per SOC Codes.

i found the "Human resource managers and directors" code 1135
Related job titles:

Human resources manager
Personnel manager
Recruitment manager

WIll my friend job will be at least level 4 of SOC ????
