Visit Visa for Mother in Law Bank Act. Overdrawn

Post by oy2212 » Fri Jul 04, 2014 5:14 pm

Hi there

I hope you can help, I require some advice on the following circumstance.

I intend to sponsor an application for a visit visa to the UK for my mother in law. The visit is her 2nd to date and she intends to stay for approximately 6 months.

She will be staying with my wife and our family during this time and will have her own funds of up to £1000.00 with a regular State Pension being paid to her account calendar monthly.

I have a salary of £23 000.00 and an agreed overdraft limit of £500.00 with my bank. For the past few months I have been using the overdraft. I do not have any savings.

My question is whether the use of my planned/agreed overdraft limit would cause any difficulty in the application.

I would greatly appreciate your kind response as soon as humanly possible and thank you in advance for your help and advice in this regard.

Thank you
