UK Spouse Visa Multi

Hi, just to need to find out about travelling. I got family member who just got the UK visa which is spouse/cp. It's valid for 3 years and it's multi visa.
There is nothing say on the uk entry visa clearance page that in what time period she need to travel to uk. Some people say they have seen some cases in which they have to travel to UK within 28 days after issueing UK visa. Is that true?

Have anyone had such a experience and does anyone know for sure if there is any time limit in which one have to travel?
