Dear Immigration Experts,
I am confused about a section of my visa application and was hoping someone could help me.
My wife is (hoping) to start a business in the UK under the £200,000 Entrepreneur Visa, and I will be applying as a Tier 1 Partner (as will my daughter as a dependent). I am filling out my application and came across the section of my application which asks me about the 'main applicant' which I don't quite understand in the context of a Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa.
- Does the main applicant have a Certificate of Sponsorship or Confirmation of Acceptance for Studies number?
- What is the address where the main applicant works or studies?
- What is the start date of the job or course
- What is the end date of the job or course
Her visa application as a Tier 1 Entrepreneur means that she is moving to the UK to start a business, and thus, I don't understand how these questions pertain to my application. She isn't currently working anywhere (we had a baby a few months ago and has taken some time off - once we (hopefully) move to the UK the plan is to start the business so she can get back to work.
Any ideas?
Kind Regards, J
