How long stay outside to remain stamp 4

Hi, I got stamp 4 last year.Recently, I have to go back to my country for a few months. I wonder hwo long I can stay outside of Ireland so that I can remain my long term residency(stamp 4) in next 5 years. Can I find any clue in Department of Justice and equality regulations or other documents. Thanks a lot.
