Please excuse my inexperience but I would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the right direction.
I am an Indian citizen working in Saudi Arabia (have lived and worked in the UK for long), and I just hold a long term visit visa to the UK. My fiance is British and living in the UK. We plan to marry, but live in Saudi for sometime. I don't know exactly how to go about it, but I do know that in order to bring her over to Saudi I need to have legally registered marriage.
Should I just visit her on my visit visa and get married, or I should apply for a fresh marriage visitor visa and have my 5 years visit visa cancelled? I don't want to do anything that will jeopardise our chances to later apply for a settlement/spouse visa.
By the way, as per the new immigration act whereby the right of appeal has been revoked in most cases, would I be able to appeal in case they rejected my marriage visitor visa?
Thanks
