Tier 2 ICT Short Term

I have a multiple entry Visa Tier 2 ICT Short Term Staff Partner which is valid from 30/5/2014 till 17/4/2015. I have taken a sabbatical leave from my company and come to UK. I want to get a long term employment in UK as I want to be here . Can anyone please guide me on what are the ways. My aim is to be a citizen of UK in the long term.

You haven't mentioned your background / work experience. Have you done any research about job openings in your area of work experience in the UK? What is your educational background?

If you have the right skills, then a Tier 2 General may be an option and finding an employer willing to sponsor you, is possible.
