ILR - VISA overlap between WORK VISA and ICT Est

Hi

I have a difficult scenario with my UK VISA. I would like to know if i am eligible for ILR. Please can anybody help me on this?

VISA TYPE FROM TO
VISA WORK PERMIT 15/10/08 15/10/10
VISA TIER 2(ICT) ESTABLISHED STAFF 02/09/10 TILL DATE

I was in the UK from 19/10/2008 to 28/02/2009 on work permit visa.
I came to the UK on 30/09/2010 and have been staying here without any gap.

Please can you advise me if i am eligible for ILR. If possible, when am i eligible?

As you have had entry clearance as T2 ICT (Established Staff) visa (i.e., overrides your previous work permit stay, as you're required to continue with extensions but without any NEW entry clearances visa for ILR eligibility), you're NOT eligible for ILR (5 years route), but would be eligible for 10 years Long Residence ILR, if you work for the same company and no change in UKBA rules until that time.

Counted backwards from the time of the application for settlement the absence in each 12 month period must not exceed 180 days.
