What to say on Income & Expenditure for married going alone

Hi,
I'm married and want to apply visa for myself.
We live in the USA, my spouse is not going with me but I want to include our joint bank account in the application.
I'm confused how to answer the questions in the Income & Expenditure section (when to say just for myself or together), if anyone could help, I will appreciate it.
INCOME & EXPENDITURE
72. Do you have savings, properties or other income, for example from stocks and shares? (I need to include my spouse income in here right?)
73. How much do you spend each month on living costs? (Is this just for me or total with my spouse?)
74. How much of your total monthly income given to your family members and dependants? (what should be the answer here? we don't have dependants but my spouse is my family member, I pay most of our living expenses with my salary and while my spouse salary mostly stays in our joint bank account where I have same full access.)
76. The total amount of money you have for this trip? (should I include emergency fund? or put the balance from the joint account to cover everything.)
80. Is someone other than you paying for all or a part of your trip? (should I say yes or no? since the money will be from the joint bank account and we share everything)
