Tier 2 general ,advice needed

Hii to everyone,

I have a question regarding applying Visa inside UK and RLMT.

I am currently on Tier 4(Student dependant) visa and I am already working in the suitable job getting reasonable pay as mentioned in SOC(STANDARD OCCUPATIONAL CLASSIFICATION) for my employer.SOC Code-5221 (NQF LEVEL 3)

My employer is ready to sponsor me switching to Tier 2(General) on the same job role, but unsure that
(i) if they need to undertake the RLM Test even though I am working for them for past 6month in the same role,

(ii) Can I apply from inside U.K though I have not studied in any UK universities nor do i have any degrees.

(iii) SOC-5221 (NQF LEVEL 3) is eligible to apply for Tier 2 (general)?

I am in need to know all the detail of above.

No. So this makes your other questions a bit moot for the present. Any newly sponsored migrant can only be sponsored for a role of NQF 6 (or above).
