Can i get any EEA Country visa as my UK visa is refued?

I am from India and i provided the documents to an visa agent for UK visitors visa. Without my knowledge he has produced the fraudalent document along with the Visa Application. I was not aware about the appeal feature so the period of appealing is already lapsed as the visa was refused in April 2014. I am keen to live and work in Europe. Please advise if any hope of getting visa of any country in Europe?
