Hi all, can one apply as a spouse of a british citizen on the same day the current visa expires?

You may apply insofar as the leave is extant at a PSC. You may also apply within 28 days of the leave expiring by post, but that's not recommended as you won't be able to work and won't have appeal rights.

Thanks for your reply Amber, just so that im clear about what you said..its ok to apply on the day current visa(PSW) expires? Btw what does PSC stand for?

Yes, although I'd apply 1 day before the valid until date, PSC is the new name for PEO. Same day appointments.
