Tier 1 (General) dependent processing time

Hello All,

I am on a Tier I (general) visa in UK for past 3 years. I will get married soon and am planning to bring my wife to UK on Tier 1 (dependent) visa. She will be applying from India . My question is about the processing times for this visa. The official websites do not clearly mention processing times per visa category. It just mentions that settlement visa takes 12 weeks while non settlement takes 3 weeks. There is however no mention of whether the dependent visa of Tier 1 (General) is a settlement or a non-settlement visa. Can someone please tell me whether Tier 1 (general) dependent visa application is settlement or non-settlement category ?
