Tier-1 Extension Application Form

Dear Members,

I've booked a Tier-1 extension PEO appointment for this week. Whilst filling the application form, the very first section ask about the payment details. Since I've already paid for the application fee online whilst booking the PEO appointment, do I need to fill in payment method details again? Bit confusing.

Please advise.

No need to fill
Just carry your payment sheet and appointment booking details with you on the day of appointment.
