Hi,
My sister is on tier 2 general visa currently. She works 40 hrs per week. She would be soon going on the maternity leave, can she choose to work for 30 hrs per week once she is back from her maternity leave? If her salary is calculated on the basis of 30 hrs she would be earning appropriate salary according to her job code. The confusion is becuase, while conducting RLMT for her job, it was mentioned full time job and salary was according to 40 hrs per week.
Can she cut down her working hours further or is there minimum working hour requirment?
Any help would be great.
