EEA2 + NHS PROBLEM BEFORE AND AFTER

Post by zoe14 » Tue Aug 19, 2014 10:33 am

hi,

i am nervous of sending my eea2 application since i don't want it to be turned down because nhs just recently sent me a letter saying i need to pay 1,700 otherwise it will jeopardize my future applications with ukba. apart from that, i am applying on my own with no help from a solicitor.. only reading helpful forums and other sites like this.

i have included the ff copies of documentations to make sure that it will have sufficient evidences that they may need:
1. scan copy of my old lost passport with the expired sports visa on it.
2. 2 original passports of me and my eu partner and my passport photo (2pcs)
3. a brief cover letter explaining why i overstayed, how i get in the country and what i have on the application
4. marriage certificate, our new born baby´s birth certificate
5. utility bill with my name and my eu partner´s
6. my eu partner´s bank statement
7. personal pictures with my partner,
8. email from a social website confirming when we first talked prior to my visa expiring
9. proof that my eu partner is exercising treaty rights as a worker (employed)

do you think this will be enough?
if YES,
-> how soon should i get a reply from them
-> this is the fp, will be enough for me to get in and out of uk? or i have to apply for rc?
-> how to apply for an rc?

if NO,
-> what are the consequences of reapplying again?

Thanks!

Are you applying as the wife of an EEA worker? If so, your NHS bill will have absolutely no effect on your application. Did you marry before or after incurring the NHS bill? If you married before and your EEA spouse was working then technically you shouldn't have been billed. You do not need to explain the reason for overstaying in your cover letter because your past immigration history legally cannot be held against you for EEA applications. All the UKVI needs to know is that your husband is working. So you submit proof of his employment, both your passports, your marriage certificate and proof of your residence together, and that is ALL that is required.

Your baby is proof your marriage is genuine so no need to submit other proof of your relationship other than the baby.
