Delay in OCI Application Enquiry

OCI Application Enquiry

I have applied for my OCI in Birmingam on 17 of january 2014
and the application is still in Progress when checked on-line
I have been unable to contact the Birmingham consulate, i have email and phone have not got any response from them.
Could you please help what i should do,
what is next action i can take , Please advice

In case your problem remains unresolved despite repeated applications/visits to the Mission, then you are advised to meet the Minister – Coordination, E-mail: min[dot]coord[at]hcilondon[dot]in (for OCI and PIO and Community Matters) and Minister – Consular, E-mail: min[dot]cons[at]hcilondon[dot]in (for Passport, Visa and Miscellaneous Consular Services) under the 'Open Day' which is held on every Wednesday (between 1100-1200 hrs). It is clarified that 'Open Day' meeting is not a substitute for expediting or facilitating routine work in the Mission.

This for London and so not sure if they will take up Birmingham cases or not. However, should be worth trying. I have learnt my lesson reading this forum and so despite staying near Birmingham, I went to London for my OCI.

My Application has been rejected ,for the below reason .

We are sorry that the given application was granted from Birmingham on 17 Feb 2014 and later rejected from Delhi on 18 Feb 2014 due photo clarity.Please provide 2 clear photo and signature so that we can re upload and send to Delhi.

I have sent the photos with signature by post on 12 september ; Still waiting for the response
